This recipe is an all time favourite of mine. It’s quite a popular recipe in South Africa and is often made when having a braai (BBQ). It takes quite a while to cook but the preparation for it doesn’t take long, and once it’s in the oven then you can prepare whatever else you’re making for dinner or lunch in the meantime. Trust me it will be worth it! Think soft, creamy potatoes with sauteed mushrooms and onions. It’s so good!
