    Instructions

    Banana flavour

    1. Add the banana (saving a few slices), yoghurt, milk and turmeric in a blender. Taste. If you think it needs to be sweeter, add maple syrup (i thought it was sweet enough) and blend again
    2. Line the bottom of your mould with half a tbsp of granola, and top with the yoghurt mixture until half way. Then add a couple of slices of banana, a sprinkle of granola, and enough yoghurt till the top of the mould.
    3. Freeze overnight or for 4.5 hours. Run a little warm water over the moulds in order to release them when you want to eat them

    Blueberry flavour

    2. Line the bottom of your mould with half a tbsp of granola and top with yoghurt mixture until half way. Then add a few blueberries, a sprinkle of granola and then fill with yoghurt mix until you get to the top of the mould.
    3. Freeze overnight or for 4.5 hours. Run a little warm water over the moulds in order to release them when you want to eat them
